This three-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace for remote work, two smart TVs, a washing machine, as well as children’s books and toys. A private sauna is also available. A baby cot and high chair are provided. The private outdoor area offers a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. The property is close to a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, banks, medical facilities, public transport, and about 800 m from a swimming pond for people and dogs.
